{"id":409537,"date":"2024-10-05T08:00:00","date_gmt":"2024-10-05T08:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.weixiaoduo.com\/plugins\/advanced-customer-reports-woo\/"},"modified":"2024-12-20T22:22:00","modified_gmt":"2024-12-20T22:22:00","slug":"advanced-customer-reports-woo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.weixiaoduo.com\/plugins\/advanced-customer-reports-woo\/","title":{"rendered":"Advanced Customer Reports for WooCommerce"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Generate advanced customer reports to view detailed analytics and data for each of your WooCommerce customer<\/p>\n<h3>Everything you need to know about your WooCommerce customers.<\/h3>\n<p>Make it easier for you to view advanced analytics and data regarding everyone one of your customers.<\/p>\n<p>You will be able to view your customers total orders, order averages, recent orders list, recent activity, totals for each product, coupons used, and much more!<\/p>\n<h3>Getting Started<\/h3>\n<p>Simply install the plugin, and visit the \u201cCustomer Reports\u201d page under \u201cWooCommerce\u201d in the WordPress admin.<\/p>\n<p>Enter the username you would like to generate a customer report for, and click \u201cGenerate Report\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The report will then be displayed on the page, showing you all the data you need to know about that customer.<\/p>\n<h3>Features<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Total Order Analytics<\/strong> \u2013 View the total number of orders, total amount spent, and total items purchased for each individual customer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Largest and Smallest Orders<\/strong> \u2013 View what the largest and smallest order amounts are for each individual customer to give you an idea of their typical order range<\/li>\n<li><strong>Last Order Date<\/strong> \u2013 View the date in which the selected customer last placed an order on your store.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Average Order Value<\/strong> \u2013 View the Average Order Value for your customers to get an accurate view of their average spend each order.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Average Time Between Orders<\/strong> \u2013 View the average time between orders for each customer to see how often they are returning to your store.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Average Products Per Order<\/strong> \u2013 View how many orders a particular customer purchases on average, each time they place a new order.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Customers Orders List<\/strong> \u2013 View a full detailed list of all the orders that the customer has placed with their date, time, statuses, and order totals.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Recent Order Activity<\/strong> \u2013 View a recent order activity log, to view the progress and log updates for all their orders, such as status changes or payment errors.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Products Purchased<\/strong> \u2013 View a full list of the products that the customer has purchased with the ID, name, total purchased and total spent for each.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Report Filters<\/strong> \u2013 Filter the customer reports to view analytics for all time, this month and last month.<\/li>\n<li><strong>And Lots More!<\/strong> \u2013 Lots more extra analytics are also available such as payment method and coupon usage analytics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note this is a fairly new plugin being actively developed and improved, so if you have any suggestions for additional customer report features, please let us know!<\/p>\n<h3>PRO Version<\/h3>\n<p>You can upgrade to the premium version of the plugin to unlock additional features such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Filter By Date<\/strong> \u2013 Filter the customer reports to get all the analytics for only a specific date range.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Filter by Status<\/strong> \u2013 Filter the customer reports to get all the analytics for only a specific order status.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Product Affinity<\/strong> \u2013 The product affinity table shows you which products are frequently bought together by that particular customer, or all customers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Customer Activity Log<\/strong> \u2013 View a log of all activity that the customer has done on your store, such as new orders, payments, logins, password changes, etc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Export Data<\/strong> \u2013 Export data from the customer reports to a CSV file to view the data in a spreadsheet or other software.
