- What it does:
Used to display and manage the AI chatbot interface on your website through the Ailig KnowFlow platform. - What data is sent:
When the chatbot loads, it sends your configured tenant ID, chatbot ID, and API key (entered in the plugin settings) to the Ailig KnowFlow API (https://api.ailig.io) to initialize and render the chatbot.
Depending on your chatbot configuration, user messages entered into the chatbot may also be transmitted to the Ailig KnowFlow API for processing and generating responses. - When data is sent:
