I』m not sure if the plugin can have any use at all. It was created in a time where many websites still had to run on a server. Here it came then already times to delays with the answer of inquiries.
So it was useful not to use one or the other service all the time or not at all. That』s what the plugin was developed for.
Now it is up to date to work under modern WordPress and PHP versions.
