Connect Service
- Go to the Setup page in the plugin.
- On the left side, click Select Plugin. A popup will appear where you can choose the plugin you want to integrate.
- On the right side, click Select Product. A popup will appear where you can select the product or service you want to connect.
- After selecting both, click Save and Next to continue.
Sign In / Authenticate
- This step opens automatically after completing Connect Service.
- Based on your selected product, input fields will appear.
- Enter a meaningful account name (for example: Main Zoho CRM Account).
- Follow the notes shown on the screen.
- Click Authenticate to connect your account.
- After authentication, you can create and manage multiple connected accounts.
Map Fields
- This section opens automatically after completing Sign In / Authenticate.
- Select your form name or, if using WooCommerce, select the event.
- Depending on the selected product, choose the related list (for email tools) or module (for CRMs).
- Click Save and Next to open the field mapping area.
- On the left side, your plugin fields will appear; on the right side, your service fields will appear.
- Map your form fields to the matching service fields.
- Choose the Add or Update option if needed.
- Use the Filter Criteria section to apply conditions (for example: sync only if a checkbox is selected).
- Click Save Mapping to finish the setup.
Logs
- Go to the Logs page to view all integration activities. You』ll see a list of submissions with their status and message details.
- Status types include: SUCCESS – record created successfully, and RECORD_FAILED – sync failed (for example, missing required fields).
- You can Resync, Delete, or perform bulk actions on selected records.
- Use filters such as Integration, Status, and Time Range to narrow down the results.
- Click the Log Details icon to view complete error details, form data, and API responses.
Settings
- Go to the Settings page to manage global plugin preferences.

There are three tabs available: General, Notifications, and Accounts.

In General
- Enable Delete Data on Uninstall to remove all plugin data when the plugin is deleted.
- Manage log cleanup by enabling or disabling automatic deletion after a set number of days.
- Click Save Settings to apply changes.

In Notifications
- Enable Error Email Notification to receive alerts when records fail to sync.
- Enter one or more Email Addresses (comma-separated) to receive notifications.
- Set a Subject Line for the notification emails (for example: Zoho CRM Sync Error).
- Click Save Settings to apply changes.

In Accounts
- View all previously connected accounts used in your integrations.
- You can rename or Re-authenticate any account when needed.
