Executive VIP Transfer Service is a lightweight WooCommerce plugin for managing luxury passenger transfers. It lets customers book rides through a modern form and allows admins to manage vehicles, bookings, and pricing.

Requirements
- WordPress 5.6+
- PHP 7.2+
- WooCommerce active
- Google Cloud APIs enabled (and a valid API key):
- Maps JavaScript API
- Places API
- Distance Matrix API
Tip: Restrict your Google API key by HTTP referrer and limit quota for security.
Shortcodes
[execvitr_form]— Displays the transfer booking form.
The Order Tracking page is created automatically on activation (slug: execvitr-tracking).
Customers are redirected to this page with a secure, time-stamped link after placing an order.
(There is no public tracking shortcode.)
How It Works
Upon activation, the plugin automatically creates:
– A Booking Form page containing [execvitr_form]
– A Tracking page (slug: execvitr-tracking) accessible via secure redirect after order creation
Customers can:
– Select pickup & drop-off locations (Places autocomplete)
– See a price estimate based on distance
– Choose car, passenger/luggage counts, date & time
– Submit booking online
Admins can:
– Add and manage vehicles (Execvitr Cars)
– Configure Google API key, per-km pricing, minimum price, currency, and country
– View/manage bookings as WooCommerce orders
Privacy
This plugin uses the Google Maps JavaScript API and the Google Distance Matrix API to enable address autocomplete and to calculate distance and estimated trip time. These services are used solely for processing transfer bookings and price calculations.
Executive VIP Transfer Service does not track users or collect analytics data.
No personal data is stored or used for marketing without consent.
Data is used only as required for booking workflows.
