What is it used for?
To generate AI-assisted draft replies for your Google Business Profile reviews inside the WordPress admin.
What data is sent and when?
– When you click a button to generate or regenerate an AI reply, the plugin sends the prompt content to OpenAI. This typically includes:
– The review text and star rating you are viewing
– Optional business/reviewer context you entered in the plugin』s settings or prompt template
– Any instructions you provide to customize the reply
– Network metadata (such as your server』s IP address and user-agent) may be transmitted as part of the HTTPS request handled by WordPress.
Where is data sent?
– Requests are sent to OpenAI』s API at https://api.openai.com.
Under which conditions?
– Only when an OpenAI API key is entered in the plugin settings and you explicitly trigger a request (e.g., 「Generate AI Reply」).
– If no OpenAI API key is set, no data is sent to OpenAI and AI features remain disabled.
What is stored?
– Your OpenAI API key is stored in your WordPress options table.
– Your configured prompt template and any AI-generated replies you choose to save are stored in your WordPress database.
– The plugin does not store data on external servers other than sending it to OpenAI to obtain AI responses.

Notes for site owners:
– Do not include sensitive or personal information in prompts unless you have a legal basis and consent to do so.

Privacy
This plugin can send review text and your prompt content to OpenAI for the sole purpose of generating a suggested reply, but only when you enable the feature by providing an API key and explicitly requesting a reply. Generated replies and your prompt settings are stored in your WordPress database. No tracking scripts are added to the frontend.
