External services
This plugin integrates an external service called PandaChat, which enables an embedded chatbot on your website. The PandaChat service is operated by PC7 d.o.o.
When a visitor interacts with the chatbot, the following data is sent to the PandaChat servers:
– The chat logs that the user entered
– The IP of the user which communicates with the chatbot
– The website address on which the widget/embed in running on
The data is transmitted in real-time when the chatboat is loaded and used and is required for the chatbot functionality to work properly.
To use this plugin, you must connect it to your PandaChat account using an app password.
